This past weekend Fortress crews shot in Boston, Newport Rhode Island, San Jose and San Francisco for a very interesting new DVD. Its a live DVD on Christian Scott, who many say is the next coming of Miles Davis. The Live DVD will feature Christian’s full set at the Newport, Rhode Island Jazz festival exactly 50 years after Miles famous live recording there.

So some sort of big news… We will be moving to Paris for the entire month of October for a bunch of different shoots, including a few in London and other spots in Europe. I am going to rent an apartment and split my time between clients, networking and seeing and photographing European locations. More info on this soon. Talib Kweli “Live From The Shrine” is our next major DVD release that I produced/directed a few months back. We had been talking for almost two years about making this DVD when the deal finally was put together. It features guest appearances by KRS-ONE , Strong Arm Steady and Res.
